What credit cards do you accept?

American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and PayPal.

Do you ship outside the US?

We also ship to Canada.

Do you accept returns?

Only on non personalized items.  If there is an error from GiveBabyGifts on a personalized gift, we will gladly redo the item.  Refer to the SHIPPING INFORMATION page.

Will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive two emails.  The first one confirms your order.  The second confirms your shipment.

Do you charge sales tax?

Only if the recipient is located in Florida.  The rate is 7%.

Do you offer gift wrap?

We will hand wrap all your gifts for a charge of $3.50 per gift, except our wooden hand painted rocking chairs, flip and puzzle stools.
