Will I be able to speak with a live person?

What credit cards do you accept?

We gladly except American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and PayPal.  You can safetly enter your credit card number via our secure server. 

Can merchandise be returned?

Only  non personalized items may be returned.   If there is an error from GiveBabyGifts.com on a personalized gift, we will gladly redo the item.  Refer to the Shipping Information page.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive two emails.  The first one confirms your order.  The second confirms your shipment.

Will sales tax be charged on my order?

Only if the recipient is located in Florida.  The rate is 7%.

Is gift wrap offered?

We will hand wrap all your gifts for a charge of $3.50 per gift, except our wooden hand painted rocking chairs, flip and puzzle stools.
