At GiveBabyGifts we do our best to ship your gifts as quickly as possible. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there are multiple items purchased, all items will ship at the same time unless we are notified of a particular customer request.
Confirming your order and tracking shipments: If you have provided a valid email address with your order you will receive two emails. The first confirms your order. The second confirms your shipment. We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days, many times the same day. Because of this, Express is not usually necessary which is why we often don’t offer it during online checkout. If you would like to inquire about Express Shipping, call and we’ll be happy to help. This passes on the savings to you. Personalized gifts will take longer to ship. Embroidered items usually ship within 3-4 business days, Painted Gifts about 1 week, and Puzzle Gifts about 3 weeks.
Our shipping rates reflect the total price of the order. Please note that a shipping surcharge applies to certain items that exceed standard size and weight measurements. (If an item has an extra shipping surcharge it will be noted for your attention.) Standard shipments leave via UPS Ground and will arrive within 1-5 business days of shipment. The major carriers do not have regular Ground shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges based on their specific rates. This charge will be applied at the time of shipment. We do ship to Canada for a $12 surcharge to any existing ship charge, $20 on oversize shipments. We do not ship overseas, to PO Boxes, and certain APO addresses. For special situations please email support@givebabygifts.com.
We try to keep our shipping charges very reasonable for your benefit. The shipping charges are:
$0 - $29.99 = $6.95
$30 - $69.99 = $7.95
$70 - $99.99 = $8.95
$100 - $149.99 = $9.95
$150+ = Free Shipping
Incorrect or not complete ship to addresses will be charged the UPS/FedEx fee for correction and re-pick-up, reship if necessary, usually $10. For your convenience, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. UPS and FedEx allows you to track your order while en route.
RETURNS – New merchandise can be returned at the recipient’s expense within 30 days of shipping of the product (s) purchase price unless otherwise noted. Returns are accepted under the following conditions. The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and it has not been personalized in any way by GiveBabyGifts or others. If there is an error from GiveBabyGifts on a personalized gift we will gladly redo the item. Please email support@givebabygifts.com.
